Refund policy
We currently DO NOT allow any returns. All sales are final. Exchanges are allowed ONLY if a mistake has been on our behalf. For example, the wrong texture and length of hair was sent to you or the wrong size/color fur slipper was sent to you. Exchanges are to be made within the first 48 hours after receiving a order that is not correct. ALSO, hair must still be in natural state that it was upon receiving it. This means that hair must not be washed, bleached, cut etc. Hair must be returned in original package. Fur slippers must also be returned into package and slippers should not have been worn.
