Shipping policy

Shipping for all HAIR is 3-7 business days. Processing of all orders is 1-2 business days from date order is placed. (During this time frame, your payment is waiting to clear and is being made available for us.) Weekends and holidays are NOT business days. In all, orders may take up to 10 business days to receive. In addition, orders may take a minimum of 3-5 business days to receive.

Shipping policy for ALL other merchandise listed on website : Processing and shipping time all together for ALL merchandise is 7-12 business days. Our merchandise normally takes around 3-10 business days to return at the earliest. 

This estimated shipping all depends on what is being ordered and the location that the order is being shipped to. Once package has been shipped, tracking number will be sent via email.
